Afghanistan vs Bangladesh match today – Match starts at 7.30 pm tonight

The match between Afghanistan and Bangladesh, which will greatly affect Sri Lanka’s progress in this year’s Asian Cricket Tournament, will begin today (30th) at 7.30 pm at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

So far, 08 T20 cricket matches have been held between the two countries, out of which Afghanistan has won 05 matches and Bangladesh has won 03 matches. The tournament, which was hosted by Bangladesh for the last time this year, ended in a draw of 1-1.

However, the fact that Bangladesh lost 2-1 matches against Zimbabwe in the Twenty20 cricket tournament in July and August has been a favorable situation for Afghanistan.

The same team that played in the match against Sri Lanka will represent Afghanistan in today’s match. Also, Bangladesh’s number one fast bowler Mustafizur Rahman’s injury condition has improved, so there is more chance of him playing in today’s match.

With the defeat in the first match, if Sri Lanka is to enter the tournament between the top four teams from ‘B’ group, the Bangladesh team must lose against Afghanistan today and lose against Sri Lanka in the next match as well.

Otherwise, if Bangladesh wins today’s match, then Sri Lanka should win the match with Bangladesh tomorrow (01st) with a high clean-scoring rate.
