Easter attacks: Court announces decision on Maithripala’s writ

The Court of Appeal has ordered the Colombo Fort Magistrate’s Court to postpone the matters related to the private plaint against former President Maithripala Sirisena over Easter Sunday terror attacks.

Announcing the decision of the writ application filed by Sirisena, the Appeals Court judge bench ordered to postpone the matters for 10 weeks, starting from today.
