Tom Moody to coach Sri Lankan Cricket coaches

Sri Lankan Cricket (SLC) has contracted former Sri Lankan national coach – Tom Moody to coach cricket coaches attached to SLC.

The 51-year-old Australian will use the latest coaching techniques on par with the new updates of the game.

According to the contract, it is said Moody will make four to five visits per year, and on each visit will spend two weeks with these coaches.

Moody made his Test debut against India on 9 October 1989, while his one day debut was against New Zealand on 24 November 1989. After his retirement in 2001, he worked as a commentator and later coached the Sri Lankan team and Western Australia.
